You’ll support the delivery of complex, high-value projects for some of the world’s leading organisations — gaining hands-on experience while developing your skills in a supportive consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the end-to-end delivery of projects by coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources.
  • Assist in planning and scheduling activities using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • Track progress against key milestones and help identify potential risks or delays.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and updates for senior stakeholders.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to keep projects on track.
  • Contribute to risk, change, and issue management processes.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Some prior experience in project planning, scheduling, or coordination (via employment, internship, or academic projects).
  • A natural organiser with a detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with project tools (Excel, MS Project, or Primavera P6) is desirable.
