The Job:
As the Assistant Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our Automotive Hand Tools portfolio. You’ll support the Product Manager and cross-functional teams in launching new products, driving commercial success, and delivering solutions that matter to our customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Working Globally, you will collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to launch innovative products and drive portfolio growth.
  • Lead and support the end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) process, ensuring timely and high-quality launches, on time, on quality, on cost.
  • Track and report on sales performance, helping to identify opportunities and address challenges.
  • Help manage the product lifecycle, including phase in and phase out activities.
  • Coordinate communications for product launches, promotions, and lifecycle changes.
  • Conduct market research and engage with end-users to uncover new opportunities.
  • Help create engaging training materials and product information for regional teams.
  • Build strong relationships across supply chain, finance, and commercial teams to support the global STANLEY Strategy
  • Maintain product roadmaps and support inventory optimisation.

The Person:

  • Recent Graduate with a degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Some Experience in product management, marketing, or project coordination is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Collaborative, proactive approach and willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business intelligence tools.
  • Passion for product development.
  • Holds a full, clean UK driving licence.
