To support the teams who are powering this ecosystem we have a global Corporate division consisting of departments including Legal, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Strategy, Human Resources, Central Services and PR and Communications.

Our Corporate division are now seeking a talented Assistant HR Business Partner to join the HR Corporate Functions & Digital Marketing team.

Location: our offices in London Westfield (Shepherd's Bush)

Reporting into: Head of HR - Corporate Functions and Digital Marketing

Contract Type: Fixed Term (1 Year)

Working Model: Hybrid

Potential Start Date: April 2025

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

  • Support the Head of HR Corporate Functions and DM in Managing the operational side of HR topics across the assigned business unit

  • Advising, coaching and providing first line support to line managers in the implementation of company policies and procedures and best practice to ensure effective and consistent management of staff

  • Providing an advisory service to employees on all HR matters

  • Processing and maintaining organization and associate updates in our internal tools and systems

  • Support the Head of HR Corporate Functions and DM in Managing the processes within the employee life cycle such as onboarding, internal mobility, promotions, change of hours, salary increases or off-boarding

  • Supporting the Head of HR Corporate Functions and DM with the year-end process which includes advising managers on meritocracy and differentiation, performance evaluations, salary reviews and bonus planning

  • Supporting the recruitment team in hiring processes across the assigned business unit

  • Contributing to the development and improvement of local HR processes, systems and procedures

  • Analyzing Human Resources key metrics, utilizing data for process improvements

The type of person that we are looking for:

  • Degree Education in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or Management, Psychology or similar, is a must

  • CIPD level 5 or above is preferred  

  • 2+ years of relevant HR experience as HR Generalist, HR Advisor or similar

  • Strong knowledge of UK Employment Law

  • Flexibility and ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and advice Management on operational HR activities

  • Strong and advanced knowledge of Excel and MS Office Suite in general

  • Workday knowledge - nice to have

  • Ability to appropriately handle confidential information

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to take personal accountability and show initiative as well as strong problem solving skills

  • Results-orientation and time management skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details
