Job Description

CyberArk is looking for a motivated and focused Assistant Accountant. The successful candidate needs to demonstrate a strong knowledge and experience in Accounts Payable, expenses, general accounting & reporting. We are looking for a team player who uses best practices and knowledge of both internal and external business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation of the payment run for EMEA regions and reconcile AP
  • Prepare posting and reconciliation of Bank Transactions
  • Posting of general Journal entries
  • Assist with the monthly Cash Flow management for EMEA
  • Assist with month close process, reconciling and confirming the balances of AR, AP & Expenses with third parties and employees on a timely basis
  • Responsible for the set up and maintenance of user profile on our Travel database Egencia
  • Support EMEA Finance Team with day to day accounting activities
  • Support EMEA Finance Team in the preparation of the management reporting packs
  • Ad hoc tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • An AAT qualification is required
  • 2-3 years of working experience in a similar role
  • Background/experience of working for a multi-national firm in the UK- will be an advantage
  • ERP experience Netsuite (Oracle) is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Excel skills
  • Experience in dealing with outsourced firms
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Hardworking and flexible with the ability to work under pressure
  • Attention to details, ability to juggle multiple tasks and to work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently as well as being a great team player
