Architect SAP BTP Integration (F/M/X)

Location: France (Haguenau - 30 min from Strasbourg), United Kingdom (Slough), or United States (Chicago or Newark)

Under the leadership of the Integration Platform Transformation Lead, the Architect SAP BTP Integration is responsible for building or expanding one of the integration platforms that will enable Mars' transformation programs, such as SAP BTP integration suite, Azure Integration Services, or Solace.

In a complex, multi-platform environment such as Mars, they will work with peers but also rely on third parties to ensure consistency across all platforms.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience working with modern integration technologies like API management, Event Mesh, IPaaS (essential)

• Experience working with SAP BTP would be an asset in this role

• Proven experience in technical platform architecture, design and deployment

• Experience in managing a portfolio of technical projects

• Capacity to communicate efficiently with a broad variety of audience from senior leaders to technical experts

• Excellent English (written and spoken)

• Remote resource management

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Design, build and deployment of new integration platforms and/or the continuous improvement of existing ones

• Definition of platform standards and operating procedures (naming convention, documentation templates, coding standards, …)

• Creation of reusable constructs, guides and operating procedures in order to maximize the platform utilization and improve build and unit test efficiency

• Guiding the delivery teams on detailed development tasks and ensures consistency across multiple partners and platforms

• Ensuring standards are followed and quality objectives are met.

• Defining roadmap for integration platform(s) in scope

• Ensuring platform is secured according to Infosec standards.
