5 Full-Time Apprenticeships – Presentation Specialists

Salary: £28,860, plus company benefits and apprenticeship qualification level 4

Location: London city on site

Contract: 15 months apprenticeship - Full Time starting in July/August 2026

Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm, after initial training rotation shifts will be allocated detailed below:

08:00 - 16:00

10:00 - 18:00

12:00 - 20:00 + shift allowance

14:00 - 22:00 + shift allowance

16:00 - 00:00 + shift allowance

Work model: Hybrid onsite 4 days a week with 1 day from home for college assignments and training

Williams Lea has an exciting opportunity for number of level 4 apprenticeships working onsite with our client a global investment bank.

The apprenticeship will offer an outstanding opportunity to learn and qualify in the following subjects: PowerPoint at scale, Excel and Word for client decks, brand guidelines, fast turnaround, and working in a heavily regulated client environment of investment banks, law firms and professional services.

Purpose of role 

The Junior Presentations Specialist works as part of our presentation services team, supporting the delivery of high-quality presentation materials for internal clients by developing core technical skills across MS Office tools. 

This apprenticeship role is designed as an entry pathway into Presentations Services, combining structured learning with hands-on production work in a fast-paced, client driven environment.

You will be a self-motivated individual who can thrive in a range of tasks and own and take responsibility for your work in terms of the final product, e.g., consistency, accuracy, and quality.

You will liaise with clients, always offering professional support and excellent customer service. Work well under pressure, keeping your cool when challenges arise and looking for solutions.

Key responsibilities 

  • Act as a point-of-contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work with clients to create engaging presentation decks to a polished and professional standard.
  • Be able to handle a variety of requests, from simple cleanup to full ideation, design and production to create impactful presentations.
  • Communicate effectively with client and colleagues to ensure requests are fully understood and any queries are promptly clarified and that deliverable deadlines are achievable.
  • Ensure all output is consistent, accurate and error free and align with brand guidelines and best practices
  • Leverage features and functionalities of MS Office and other relevant software/tools
  • Have a good eye for design and aesthetics to create well-thought-out presentations
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, tools and technologies to ensure output is relevant and efficient.
  • Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.

Key Requirement

  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) with a willingness to learn and commit to the full term of the apprenticeship (1 year).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Positive and proactive approach with a professional and client-focused mindset
  • Team oriented with a willingness to support others.
  • Clear and professional communication including excellent written and verbal skills.
