Job DescriptionWe are growing our consulting team and looking for Analytics Consultant to join us on our exciting journey and be part of the Hitachi Solutions family.
This is a unique and challenging opportunity for an experienced Analytics Consultant to join the Analytics practice of Hitachi Solutions Europe.
The main areas of responsibility are:
- Ensure that all Technical work is produced whilst adhering to any correct best practices.
- Collaborate closely with other technical resources to ensure work is on track and delivered within required timeframes.
- Where required liaise with client-side resources to resolve issues.
- Regular participation in project meetings
- Produce data, analytics and AI solutions to support effective operational decision making that meet client and/or internal project requirements.
- Recommend and adopt approaches or tools (including AI) to increase the effectiveness of this role.
- Effectively communicate concerns to Project Manager.
- Execute assigned responsibilities in a manner consistent with Hitachi Solution Europe Ltd.’s Quality Management Policy.
We are looking to hire ambitious consulting professionals who combine their technical acumen with a genuine enthusiasm for improving organisations:
- Experience in business intelligence and data analytics tools and concepts including Data warehousing, data engineering, report and dashboard creation.
- Experience in developing effective data visualization and data storytelling.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Strong skills in Microsoft data and Analytics tools, with specific and advanced knowledge of:
- Microsoft Fabric and / or Azure Databricks
- Power BI, Power Query & DAX
- SQL Server & Azure SQL DB & tSQL
- Data Factory/ Azure Synapse Pipelines
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities on tight deadlines
