Our Supply Chain team are now looking for a Supply Chain Systems Analyst to join us. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing area where automation, technology and operations come together to deliver exceptional service. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our warehouse systems and automation run smoothly, supporting colleagues across the business and helping Harrods continue to innovate in Supply Chain.

About the Role

In this role you will provide systems management, monitoring and support for our Supply Chain operation, including both manual and automated warehouse functions. Acting as the first line of defence for system queries, you will provide guidance to operational colleagues, escalating issues where needed and working closely with IT and external partners to resolve them. You will also support system development, process reviews and testing to ensure enhancements are effective and reliable.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing first-line support for SAP ECC and EWM, monitoring system performance and resolving issues where possible.
  • Acting as the bridge between Operations and IT, escalating and tracking system problems when required.
  • Supporting automation systems, ensuring picking, replenishment and dispatch processes run smoothly.
  • Monitoring and maintaining data integrity through system housekeeping.
  • Conducting process reviews, gathering requirements and supporting enhancements and optimisation.
  • Coordinating testing and providing post go-live support for system changes.
  • Creating reports and insights using SAP, Power BI, Excel and other tools to support operational decision-making.
  • Supporting training for operational teams and acting as a Supply Chain ambassador for continuous improvement.

As part of the team you will be based primarily at Hammersmith but with links to Thatcham, working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis to ensure cover across the Dispatch area.

Depending on your role, you may be fully on site or have a mix of on site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our Hybrid Working Policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on site, depending on business needs.

Please see our Hybrid@Harrods policy on our Careers Site for more information or speak to a member of our Talent Acquisition team if you have any questions regarding the requirements for this role.

About You

You will be an analytical and proactive problem solver with strong communication skills and the confidence to support both operational and technical teams. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with data, and be comfortable managing multiple tasks at once.

You will also:

  • Have knowledge of SAP ECC and EWM, ideally gained in a warehouse or supply chain environment.
  • Have experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI and Excel.
  • Be confident in monitoring and maintaining automated systems.
  • Be organised, detail focused and resilient when working under pressure.
  • Be flexible, adaptable and willing to provide support during busy periods and system changes.
  • Have strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across the business.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a team that is central to Harrods’ future supply chain innovation, with career development opportunities as the business continues to invest in automation and system improvements.
