Overview:
The global Franchise Services team is seeking an Analyst, Franchise Services to help grow and support the Network Enablement Partner (NEP) program globally. The NEP program allows Service Providers to have a direct relationship with Mastercard, providing them access to a wide range of network products, services, training and support that enable them to be at the forefront of industry innovation, accelerating product development, shortening time to market and optimizing overall performance and operational efficiency for their customers. NEP program benefits are offered through tailored categories that meet specific Service Provider needs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about unlocking the opportunities that come from opening the Mastercard network to the service provider community.
Role:• Support the sale and onboarding of new applications including introductory calls and L2 contact for NEP support inquiries.• Support the planning and execution of NEP workshops, Advisory Councils, webinars and training.• Drive lifecycle tracking of participants to monitor uptake of program benefits and identify strategies to increase awareness and uptake.• Prepare reporting and dashboards to track program registration, trends and opportunities across all regions• Support regional Franchise teams via data insights and collateral to drive NEP awareness and registrations.• Work with internal and external cross functional partners on projects that enhance the NEP value proposition and customer experience.
All About You:• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a passion for collaboration and teamwork. The ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple internal stakeholders is critical in this role. • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, creative thinking skills and problem-solving• Analytical and solutions-oriented• Flexibility to work non-traditional work hours at times to support the various global regions and time zones.• Experience in providing dedicated customer support (internal or external) is an asset.• Ability to work with cross functional teams across multiple regions and time zones.
