Overview
The Franchise team is seeking a Manager to lead the development and management of the growing Franchise model for Open Finance Solutions in Europe. This role will drive the evolution and addition of Franchise model features for Open Finance products and services, ensuring a best-in-class ecosystem model, standards, customer onboarding and lifecycle experience, problem management and monitoring capabilities. You will design, implement, and manage processes that align with Mastercard's global standards while meeting regional needs.

Role Responsibilities
- Contribute insights and thought leadership on Open Finance ecosystem evolution and Franchise model development.
- Contribute insights and thought leadership on potential Franchise Service opportunities in the Open Finance space.
- Analyse and identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
- Develop and optimize processes, leveraging automation to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Align EUR Franchise processes with global Franchise processes, ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Drive enhancements to existing customer onboarding and lifecycle management, ensuring processes are inclusive and accessible.
- Define and track KPIs and customer feedback, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with EUR and Global Franchise teams to design and implement processes that meet regional and global needs.
- Partner with Legal, Regulatory and Compliance and other teams to ensure appropriate and compliant solutions are identified for all requirements.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external customers, providing guidance and support for an optimal experience.
- Provide regular reporting and respond to complex internal and external inquiries.

- Proven experience as an inclusive and effective leader.
- Background in the financial industry, ideally with Open Banking, Open Finance or Open Data expertise.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with experience working with data and documentation.
