Job DescriptionDevelop and execute account strategies to maximise client product usage and drive revenue growth.
Coordinate post‑sale resources to ensure strong client adoption, satisfaction, and long‑term engagement.
Lead key client activities, including marketing plans, success reviews, QBRs, and product training.
Identify and pursue cross‑sell and upsell opportunities to support continuous client expansion.
Act as the primary escalation point for all client issues across commercial, operational, and product areas.
This is a remote position. A remote position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Visa office location. Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice
QualificationsPreferred Qualifications:
Sales and Account Management experience in financial services.
Strong commercial acumen with a focus on revenue and growth.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
Knowledge of FX, payments, and card products (deep expertise a plus).
