Tangible is a fast-growing, tech-driven platform providing liquidity solutions to LPs and GPs in the private-markets secondaries space. By combining deep sector expertise with modern infrastructure, we unlock liquidity across private equity, private credit, and real assets — transforming the way secondary transactions are executed.
We are looking for an Analyst/Associate (Secondary Markets) to join our Deal Team. In this role, you will support and develop relationships with LPs, GPs, and intermediaries, while working alongside our execution team to help bring transactions across the finish line. You will play an active role in client interactions throughout the deal lifecycle, contributing to both a best-in-class client experience and rigorous execution quality.
This is a high-impact, externally-facing role sitting at the intersection of business development, deal support, and client management. You will play an important part in expanding Tangible's network and market presence in the secondaries space.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who combines strong commercial curiosity with analytical ability and thrives in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.

* Contribute to financial analysis, valuation discussions, and pricing support across private equity, private credit, and real assets
* Help prepare investment memos, client-facing materials, and IC presentations
* Ensure timely and accurate communication between clients and internal teams throughout the deal process
3\. Market Intelligence & Research
* Develop knowledge of secondary market trends, pricing dynamics, and the competitive landscape
* Support portfolio analytics, benchmarking, and asset evaluation to inform client conversations
* Help surface new transaction opportunities from existing and prospective relationships
4\. Cross-Border Coordination
* Collaborate with US and UK deal teams across time zones
* Prepare high-quality summaries and execution materials to support timely decision-making
* Liaise with compliance, KYC/AML, payments, and operational teams to ensure smooth transaction progression
Requirements
Requirements
* Primary: 1–3 years in investment banking, transaction banking, corporate banking, or financial services; internship experience in a relevant field will also be considered for strong candidates
* Exposure to structured transactions, credit facilities, capital markets, or private markets is a plus

* Big 4 Transaction Services or Deals advisory experience with client-facing exposure will also be considered
* Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with institutional counterparties
