The Role
Norton Rose Fulbright is in the process of delivering an ongoing Digital Transformation programme to test, select and adopt AI across all business units and legal teams in a safe and responsible way. To deliver on this programme, the Business Transformation Team is recruiting for an AI Transformation Change & Adoption Manager role.

The Business Transformation Team is a multi-disciplinary team covering project management, business analysis, change management & communications, data analysis & reporting and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a robust change management & adoption framework and strategic approach across the programme, ensuring all AI change initiatives are successfully embedded within our business.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders, project teams and end users to understand their needs, expectations and readiness for change.
- Develop stakeholder maps and change impact assessments.
- Plan, design and execute effective internal and external communications across a wide range of audiences, forums and mediums.
- Develop engagement and training strategies to drive awareness, understanding and adoption of AI solutions.
- Work with senior stakeholders to define and manage best practices that optimise use of AI tools across different roles and user groups.
- Define and manage success measures, ROI assessments and benefits realisation tracking to test the value and adoption of AI solutions.
- Input to project planning and delivery activities, including business case definition, solution assessment and implementation planning.
- Support the assessment of AI impacts on the business model and workforce planning.
- Input to the prioritisation of AI opportunities across Business Services, based on knowledge of the business, understanding of senior leadership priorities and opportunities in the market.
- Support EMEA and cross regional AI planning, outcomes, insights and impacts.
- Support the continuous review and analysis of changes to competitor and client use and views of AI, sharing shifts in market trends and horizon scanning for opportunities and impacts that may affect the direction of travel for NRF.
- Help educate colleagues in change management, adoption and communication strategies and principles.
Key Skills and Experience
- Experience working on large scale, complex, multi-geographical/global transformation programmes (legal sector desirable)
- Ability to present formal / informal findings in a clearly defined and persuasive manner and ability to write clearly and confidently for a variety of stakeholder audience groups.
- Ability to develop communications in a range of media, including written, graphic, web, (social media) and face to face channels.
- Deep understanding of current and emerging change communication and engagement best practice, digital communications, and an ability to promote innovative ideas and solutions in the area of change communication.
- Strong experience in utilising change management, adoption and communication principles and methodologies.
- Understanding of project management approaches and tools.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills, including experience with developing and delivering presentations, editing, and proofreading
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easily understandable written format across a range of audiences
- Collaborative and flexible approach.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable operating within an ambiguous and changeable environment, tailoring the approach as necessary.
- Ability to act decisively and move at pace.
- Highly motivated self-starter who is adaptable and pragmatic.
- Experience, or a strong interest, in AI technology solutions and how they can deliver value to our firm and clients.
