The Workday Functional Consultant will configure and support Workday Core HCM and Compensation for a regional rollout. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution design, tenant build and migration, testing preparation and execution, defect management, issue resolution, and deployment readiness. The role collaborates with HRIS and application management teams, supports Recruiting activities where experienced, and works independently within a global delivery program.

Supports business development and marketing strategy for ESG, Real Estate, Tax, and Employment practices. Produces bids, pitches, presentations, credentials, directory submissions, and marketing content; coordinates campaigns, events, communications, and profile-raising activities. Builds relationships with lawyers, partners, and marketing teams, contributes to business plans and budgets, maintains marketing materials, reports return on investment, and manages competing priorities across stakeholders.

Manage pricing and commercial insight activities for a global law firm. Advise Partners on pricing strategies, financial modeling, profitability, budgets, and matter performance. Support rate reviews, pricing tools, benchmarking, commercial improvement projects, stakeholder training, and client-facing engagements. Partner with finance, business development, client relationship, and transformation teams to improve commercial outcomes and promote consistent pricing practices across EMEA.

RISE is a two-year work experience and development programme for Year 12 students from underrepresented backgrounds. Participants receive mentoring, skills training, workplace shadowing with legal and business services teams, client insight, networking, and assessment-centre preparation. The programme includes an in-person work experience week in London or Newcastle, a graduation day, and £500 total payment plus reimbursed travel. Applicants must attend a state school, meet academic requirements in English and Maths, and satisfy at least one social mobility criterion.

Manage UK partnership and partner personal tax compliance and advisory for a global law firm. Prepare and review partners' UK tax returns, DTR calculations, partner tax reserve reconciliations, cashflow forecasting, and support global mobility tax queries. Supervise junior team members and liaise with accounting stakeholders during busy cycles.

Lead privacy and AI governance across EMEAPAC: implement and improve compliance frameworks, monitor regulation (including EU AI Act), manage DPIAs/RoPAs/DSARs, advise business and technical teams, run incident response, draft vendor data terms, deliver training, and support the Head of Regulatory Risk and DPO.

The role involves engaging with corporate clients to identify innovation opportunities, support GenAI adoption, and develop efficient delivery models, along with coaching and training lawyers.

Lead the Central AI Team and own the firm's AI transformation portfolio: define strategy, governance, prioritisation, readiness, value measurement and scaling. Align business, legal, technology and data stakeholders, drive board-level decisions, manage dependencies and risks, and build organisational capability for enterprise AI adoption.
