Leads complex commercial litigation and disputes involving insolvency, restructuring, financial distress, civil fraud, asset recovery, banking and finance. Advises clients on cross-border matters, develops litigation strategies, manages client relationships, coordinates international teams, supervises junior lawyers, and supports business development. The role requires strong advocacy, drafting, negotiation, commercial judgment, and knowledge of English commercial and civil litigation law.

Provides comprehensive administrative and business support to the legal transformation leadership team. Responsibilities include complex calendar and travel management, prioritizing matters, preparing documents and presentations, coordinating meetings and webinars, managing budgets, updating intranet and Teams pages, supporting projects, processing invoices and expenses, organizing events, and handling confidential information.
