AI Technologist – Life Sciences
Location – Erskine, Newcastle, Farnborough or London

As an AI Technologist, you’ll help shape strategic conversations around AI and Data -ensuring that complex technology feels accessible, meaningful, and deliverable. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Account Teams, and our AI Centre of Excellence & Execution (CoEE) to craft tailored strategies that turn vision into reality. This is a pre‑sales + advisory position with strong opportunities for leadership, visibility, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead collaborative, strategic discussions with customers to shape their AI and Data roadmap.
- Identify opportunities where AI can have real-world impact — and co-create use cases that matter.
- Tell powerful stories that communicate the value of AI using demos, prototypes, and relatable business outcomes.
- Partner with sales teams to define AI‑driven solutions aligned with client goals.
- Develop and present industry-specific use cases with clear, measurable impact.
- Support proposals, solution scoping, and customer presentations.
- Ensure a smooth handover from strategy to delivery, building trust throughout the customer journey.
- Demonstrate both technical credibility and business insight, helping customers feel confident at every step.
- Stay on top of emerging AI trends, especially those shaping Life Sciences.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, mentoring, and community growth.
- Represent our organization at client events, forums, and industry discussions.
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience in AI / Data solutioning, pre‑sales, consulting, AI product roles, or AI‑focused innovation.
- Knowledge of one or more key industries: A&D, Finance, Healthcare, Government, or Life Sciences.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks, Data platforms, and Cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills - especially with senior leaders.
- Experience collaborating with both sales and delivery teams.
