This role will be to work as part of the AI Business Solutions group and join our fast-paced, high-energy team responsible for transforming the way Chubb operates globally and deliver meaningful business impact across the value chain. 

This position offers the opportunity to leverage the entire spectrum of digital capabilities towards solving a wide variety of business problems as well as unique challenges in problem-solving. The focus is on applying a combination of industry-standard practices and innovative ideas to transform the way Chubb operates fundamentally.

Qualifications

Required

  • Experience in managing transformation projects in the business with the ability to work with cross functional teams to achieve the goals of the projects
  • Sound understanding of technology, business and operations with hands on experience in delivering projects across the various functions. 
  • Strong Insurance domain knowledge with other core insurance functions such as claims, marketing, distribution, legal and operations.
  • Understanding of Insurance sales and distribution for Consumer line of products and any experience in telemarketing domain is desirable.
  • Industry certifications such as ACII, FCII, CIP, CPCU preferred.
  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science), Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related discipline.
  • Creative thinker with proven skills in conceptualizing new product features, define product roadmaps, develop business cases and proposals for solutions built on digital technologies.
  • Ability to work with cross functional global and local teams for the various projects across multiple time zones as and when required.
  • Ability to deliver efficient and creative solutions in an incredibly fast paced environment with limited resources and minimal supervision.
  • Builds and maintains effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Have an awareness of suitable KPIS associated with large scale projects .
  • The ability to prioritise and manage workloads within tight timescales and budgetary constraints;
  • An eye for detail, excellent communication skills and be able to interrogate reported information and challenge sources where inconsistencies are found.
  • Knowledge of Property and Casualty Products, Accident and Health Products or Personal Lines Products useful.
  • MUST be fluent in Mandarin and English
