Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.

We're building an AI Client Innovation team that turns what's newly possible in AI into opportunities and real solutions for clients, fast.

The gap we're closing: AI capabilities are evolving weekly, but most clients can't adopt them at that pace. We stay at the forefront, translate new capabilities into practical patterns, and ship increments clients can actually use and build on.

You'll own the infrastructure that makes the team faster. Agentic engineering workflows, MCPs, plugins, skills, AGENTS.md, integrations with coding agents, the shipping flywheel. Every week, the team should ship more easily than the week before. That's your job.

You're still a builder first. When there's no tooling work, you ship client increments alongside the rest of the team.

This is a hands-on role. You'll build internal tools, contribute to client work, and continuously improve how we work.

What you'll do
  • Own and evolve the team's internal tooling: MCPs, plugins, skills, AGENTS.md, templates, and reusable building blocks.

  • Ship client increments alongside the team when not focused on tooling work.

  • Design and improve agentic engineering workflows so the team can ship faster.

  • Enable the team to adopt new tools and workflows, not just build them.

  • Partner with Pre-sales, GTM, and product discovery teams to understand client problems and constraints.

  • Partner with the team to identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities.

  • Turn one-off solutions into repeatable patterns the whole team can use.

  • Document tooling and workflows so they're easy to adopt and extend.

What you bring
  • Strong full-stack engineering ability. You've shipped end-to-end solutions independently, not just contributed to pieces.

  • Fluency with coding agents and LLM tooling. Daily use of coding agents, experience with multi-agent orchestration, context engineering, and LLM APIs. You know where they accelerate work and where they don't.

  • Curiosity and creativity with a focus on tooling. You track new coding agents, MCPs, plugins, and AI dev tools as they emerge, and know what's worth adopting.

  • Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders. You can frame problems, explain tradeoffs, and keep clients aligned without jargon.

  • Problem discovery instincts. You know how to ask the right questions, identify problems worth solving, and push back when a client's assumed solution isn't the real answer.

  • Client-facing confidence. You can run demos, navigate feedback, and hold your own in client conversations.

  • Comfort with ambiguity, speed, and context switching. You thrive with tight timeboxes, imperfect information, and multiple projects in flight. You can shift gears between different client problems without losing momentum.

  • Systems thinking. You see patterns across projects and think about how to make the team better, not just the current task.

Nice to have
  • Experience building internal developer tools or platforms.

  • Background in CI/CD, automation, or DevOps.

This team runs fast, ships constantly, and learns from what we build. If you want to build the engine that makes a team faster every week, let's talk.

When you join Solvd, you'll…

  • Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation.

  • Be part of a global team with equal opportunities for collaboration across continents and cultures.

  • Thrive in an inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning, innovation, and ethical AI standards.

Ready to make an impact?

If you're excited to build things that matter, champion responsible AI, and grow with some of the industry’s sharpest minds. Apply today and let’s innovate together.
