The Manual QA Engineer will ensure product quality through comprehensive testing, strategy definition, mentoring, collaboration in Agile teams, and ownership of quality processes.
We're seeking a detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer to help us maintain and elevate the quality of our product. The next Bringgster should be passionate about quality, attentive to details, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Our R&D Bringgsters tackle challenges of a real-time, high-scale production system used by enterprise clients, ensuring seamless integrations and reliable workflows while solving complex technical and business problems.
What you are expected to deliver (Responsibilities);
- Lead end-to-end quality ownership for features and domains, from requirements to production
- Define and drive test strategy and test planning for complex systems and integrations
- Design, write, and review comprehensive test cases and test scenarios
- Perform deep functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing
- Own Salesforce testing efforts, including validation of flows, configurations, and integrations
- Lead API testing strategy and execution, ensuring high coverage and reliability
- Validate third-party integrations and cross-system workflows end-to-end
- Identify risks early, drive mitigation plans, and proactively improve quality processes
- Analyze production issues, logs, and system behavior to ensure root cause understanding
- Mentor other QA engineers and promote best practices across the team
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders across Europe
- Act as a quality advocate in design and planning discussions
What we expect you to Bringg (Requirements);
- 5+ years of experience in manual QA testing
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to lead quality efforts independently
- Proven experience with Salesforce platform testing (objects, flows, permissions, integrations)
- Strong experience in API testing (REST, JSON, tools like Postman, Swagger, etc.)
- Hands-on experience testing complex third-party integrations and distributed systems
- Deep understanding of QA methodologies, risk-based testing, and test design techniques
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong SQL skills and ability to validate data across systems
- Experience with log analysis and debugging production issues
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Upper-Intermediate English
Nice to have;
- Experience leading QA initiatives or mentoring team members
- Basic automation knowledge (API/UI) and ability to contribute to automation strategy
- Experience with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, etc.)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and release processes
- Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Kibana, Grafana, Datadog, etc.)
- Experience in SaaS / logistics / delivery domain
