About The Role

Brainlake is looking for an AI Product Designer who combines strong UX/UI fundamentals with practical experience using AI tools to accelerate product design, prototyping, and experimentation. This role focuses on designing meaningful digital experiences grounded in user behavior, business goals, and emerging AI capabilities.

You will work across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and experience definition to interface design, rapid prototyping, and validation. We are looking for designers who are comfortable moving beyond static design into motion, interaction, and AI-assisted product creation.

What You'll Do

    • Lead and contribute to discovery and design thinking workshops
    • Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and UX audits
    • Define user journeys, task flows, and interaction models
    • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality UI designs in Figma 
    • Apply AI-powered design tools (UXPilot, Figma AI, Uizard, etc.) to accelerate ideation and prototyping
    • Use vibe coding / AI-assisted development tools to rapidly prototype product concepts and functional experiences
    • Collaborate closely with product, automation, and engineering teams
    • Design and maintain scalable design systems
    • Validate solutions through usability testing and iteration
    • Clearly present design rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Contribute to defining how AI integrates into Brainlake’s design workflow

Requirements
  • Have 4+ years of UX/UI design experience across responsive web and mobile
  • Can translate strategy and user research into seamless product experiences
  • Are fluent in user journey mapping, task flows, and wireframing
  • Think in design systems, not just screens
  • Are comfortable facilitating client or internal workshops to clarify UX direction
  • Can confidently work in Figma (with a clean file structure)
  • Have a deep understanding of AI’s role in design, and curiosity to explore new tools that improve speed and output
  • Are comfortable using AI design tools like UX pilot, Figma make etc.
  • Are curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable iterating fast
  • You understand how UX and automation intersect, especially with AI enhancements
  • Can present and articulate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Bring strong communication and storytelling skills,  you can make the “why” behind every design decision clear and compelling
