This Senior Product Designer role involves leading product design, managing design systems, and creating user-centered solutions for complex banking workflows, particularly with AI integration.
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with strong expertise in Design Systems and exposure to AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience solving complex UX challenges within enterprise environments, preferably in corporate banking.
This role requires close collaboration within Agile squads alongside Product Owners, Engineers, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end product design from discovery to delivery
- Own and evolve enterprise-level Design Systems (components, governance, scalability)
- Deliver user-centred design solutions for complex banking workflows
- Translate business requirements into intuitive, scalable UX solutions
- Collaborate within Agile squads with Product and Technology teams
- Design AI-enabled features and intelligent user experiences
- Conduct UX research, usability testing, and validation activities
- Present and defend design decisions to senior stakeholders
- 7+ years of experience in Product / UX Design
- Strong hands-on experience building and managing Design Systems
- Proven experience in enterprise-level UX problem-solving
- Experience working within Agile squad models
- Strong collaboration with engineering and product teams
- Exposure to AI-powered product features or intelligent systems
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
- Banking domain experience (Corporate Banking preferred)
- Experience designing for trade finance, treasury, payments, or cash management systems
- Experience working in highly regulated environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
