As an AI Engineer in the AI Spark team - a focused, high‑impact product innovation team responsible for accelerating the adoption of AI‑driven capabilities across Hansen products,  you will play a pivotal role in defining the next generation of Hansen’s AI‑powered product experiences. Your work won’t stay on paper — it will go directly into the hands of users around the world.

You’ll help drive new revenue streams, explore novel AI capabilities, and bring transformational technology to life. 

What You’ll Do  

AI Solution Design & Architecture 

• Develop advanced AI prototypes using multi‑cloud platforms and large language models. 

• Build secure, scalable architectures that integrate into enterprise product environments. 

• Conduct technical reviews to ensure strong engineering, security, and compliance standards. 

Engineering Execution & Product Delivery 

• Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to implement and optimise AI agents and workflows. 

• Translate customer and product requirements into clear designs and engineering plans. 

• Evaluate emerging AI tools to keep solutions innovative and future‑ready. 

AI Adoption & Customer Empowerment 

• Conduct workshops and co‑innovation sessions to gather feedback and validate solutions. 

• Promote AI‑driven innovation by showcasing practical use cases and emerging capabilities. 

• Create training materials and demos to support user adoption. 

Strategic Collaboration & Product Impact 

• Identify high‑value AI opportunities with product and stakeholders. 

• Serve as a subject matter expert on AI best practices, architecture, and implementation. 

• Measure the impact of AI features and use insights to drive continuous improvement. 

What You Bring 

• Skilled in working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, including multi-cloud integration. 

• Possesses in-depth knowledge of large language models, machine learning frameworks, and AI system architecture. 

• Experienced in programming languages like Python, Java, and C#. 

• Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and adeptness at solving problems related to complex system designs. 

• Has a background in DevOps and deploying scalable artificial intelligence solutions. 

• Excels in communication and teamwork across different functional groups. 

• Well-versed in enterprise-level security, compliance measures, and data governance practices. 

Preferred: 

• 1+ years of experience in AI engineering (in-house or consulting). 

• Strategic mindset with ability to turn vision into actionable steps.
