About the company

Our client is a software company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Design, build and deploy production AI applications built on large language models, taking systems from prototype to live operation and working alongside enterprise stakeholders to shape their technical solutions.

What you'll do

- Design, build and deploy production AI applications using large language models, including prompt design, agent workflows and tool integration.

- Work directly with enterprise stakeholders to understand complex problems and turn them into practical AI solutions.

- Plan scalable system architectures that balance performance, reliability, cost and maintainability.

- Contribute reusable infrastructure, tools and workflows to an internal application platform.

- Build evaluation frameworks that measure model accuracy, latency, cost, reliability and safety.

- Make systems observable, reliable, secure and easy to maintain before they reach production.

- Strengthen how the engineering group builds, tests and releases software as the platform matures.

Requirements

What we're looking for

- Experience building and deploying production AI or LLM systems, whether externally or through personal or startup projects.

- Comfort making sound design decisions for AI solutions, including the choice of underlying models and how systems are tested.

- Strong Python and backend engineering skills, with clean, production-grade code.

- Background in customer-facing work, where you have scoped and delivered technical projects with executives or leaders on the client side.

- An undergraduate qualification in a technical discipline, such as software or electrical engineering.

Bonus points

- Experience across both large technology companies and startups, or several years of applied AI work at a large technology company.
