About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Experience

Salesforce is seeking quota-carrying sales professionals to drive the growth of Agentforce Operations — a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative organization at the forefront of product incubation and enterprise AI transformation. As an Agentforce Operations Director, Sales, you'll formulate and execute a scalable sales strategy within a designated vertical, working with customers to demonstrate the value of Agentforce Operations — a product that unifies business logic, CRM data, and autonomous AI actions into a secure, scalable ecosystem — helping organizations scale operational capacity, reduce manual bottlenecks, and maximize ROI by deploying autonomous agents that connect data, actions, and people across the enterprise. This is a remote role.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Prospect, generate pipeline, and drive revenue attainment for the Agentforce Operations product suite.

  • Navigate medium to long sales cycles for strategic, high-value AI transformation deals.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and successful deployment models for early adopters and expansion customers.

  • Build strong internal and customer relationships to create mutually beneficial AI adoption opportunities.

  • Clearly communicate the value of Agentforce Operations to business leaders.

  • Drive revenue growth by closing new business and expanding existing accounts within your vertical.

  • Develop and execute sales campaigns targeting operational transformation, digital labor strategies, and AI automation.

  • Generate and qualify leads, manage a robust pipeline, and assist core Account Executives in closing strategic enterprise AI deals.

  • Engage with stakeholders across Operations, IT, Customer Experience, and C-suite leadership to understand business challenges and develop tailored, outcome-based AI solutions.

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and CRM updates.

  • Collaborate with solution engineers, AI specialists, marketing, and customer success teams to provide a seamless end-to-end client experience.

You're Our Person If…

  • You have 8+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software or technology sales experience, ideally in SaaS, Conversational AI, RPA/Automation, Business Process Automation (BPA), or Cloud Enterprise Solutions.

  • You bring deep industry experience in at least one of: Automotive, Healthcare, Financial Services, Energy, Consumer Goods, or Technology.

  • You have excellent presentation skills, especially for a C-suite audience.

  • You have experience selling with AEs across the Salesforce ecosystem to generate new logos and expand existing Salesforce footprint.

  • You have proven experience in solution selling, value-based selling, and demonstrating AI/automation ROI to multiple stakeholders.

  • You have strong knowledge of AI technologies, LLMs, autonomous agent architectures, and data orchestration platforms (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, MuleSoft).

  • You have strong consultative selling skills with a track record of exceeding sales goals in emerging technology sectors.

  • You have proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes involving both IT and Business Unit leaders.

  • You have the business acumen to articulate the tangible ROI of shifting from manual workflows to autonomous digital workers.

  • You are skilled in objection handling (especially around AI trust, data security, and governance), negotiation, and closing high-value deals.

  • You are able to collaborate cross-functionally and act as a trusted advisor on digital transformation.

  • Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.)

Even Better If…

  • You have familiarity with enterprise operational workflows, API ecosystems, and compliance/security frameworks for AI.

  • You have knowledge of competitors in the AI agent, RPA, and automation space (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, UiPath, OpenAI enterprise solutions.)

Unleash Your Potential

When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best.
