About the role 

We are expanding our Affiliate Networks team and are looking for a highly motivated and data driven Affiliate Networks Lead to spearhead our company’s overall growth strategy.


As the Affiliate Networks Lead you will play a critical role in identifying new opportunities, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders and achieving groups KPI’s


Your main responsibilities are

  • Lead our affiliate networks team

  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to ensure stakeholders are kept up to date with performance

  • Manage and expand our affiliate networks by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new potential partners that align with our brand and target audience.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing networks

  • Regularly communicate with networks to provide updates on new funnels, markets, and marketing campaigns.

  • Work closely with the CRM team to ensure user journeys are optimised, maximising revenue per lead

  • Provide effective leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

  • Take responsibility for your team’s performance and career development


Our expectations to you

  • Scaling our current operations in established markets.

  • Identify new GEOs to expand current operations and establish our presence there.

  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to ensure stakeholders are kept up to date with performance

  • Collaborate with the marketing teams to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns that align with overall marketing and business goals.

  • Provide guidance and creative direction to networks to ensure the promotion of our products/services is accurate, compelling, and compliant with industry regulations.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices to ensure all marketing activities are compliant.

  • Implement processes and checks to monitor and address any potential violations or issues related to affiliate activities.


Who you are 

  • Minimum 3 years previous experience

  • Experience in the iGaming and/or Affiliate sector is essential

  • Comprehensive understanding of the digital marketing funnels and commercial

  • Highly numerate, analytical and target driven with the proven ability to deliver ROI

  • You thrive in a busy and vibrant environment 

  • You have strong attention to detail

  • Profit focused and KPI driven

  • You are process-oriented and won't be satisfied if the methodology is inefficient
