Build strategic relationships with advertisers, agencies, publishers, technology brands and partners; develop premium sponsorships, branded content, tournaments, creator partnerships, activations and audience-led products. Own a high-value partnership pipeline, collaborate cross-functionally with editorial, product, marketing, data and operations teams, and establish repeatable go-to-market and recurring-revenue frameworks for FUTBIN, HLTV and Dust2.

Lead and scale Better Collective’s premium brand partnerships business across the UK, Italy, France, and Spain. Develop commercial strategies, category playbooks, sponsorship products, and integrated solutions spanning content, talent, video, creators, audience intelligence, and first-party data. Build executive relationships with major advertisers, agencies, sponsors, and rights holders; manage six- and seven-figure pipelines; and collaborate cross-functionally to increase partnership revenue and launch innovative commercial products.

Operate, optimize, and scale Better Collective’s DMP and contextual targeting solutions. Build and manage audience segments, profile inventory for scale and brand suitability, collaborate with sales and product teams to translate data into commercial insights, and ensure privacy/compliance alignment across markets.
