We have an exciting opportunity for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our Digital Marketing team here at Harrods. This role is responsible for driving incremental, profitable revenue through a portfolio of external partners, including affiliate publishers, premium content platforms, and performance-led creators

About the Role

The Affiliate Marketing Manager will own and deliver revenue targets across the affiliate channels and manage key partner relationships. The role will also be developing commission strategies and incentives to drive performance while protecting margin.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial negotiations, placements, and exclusive opportunities
  • Build scalable, always-on creator programmes using affiliate or hybrid models
  • Use insights to inform strategy, optimisation, and partner investment decisions
  • Balance revenue growth with efficiency metrics
  • Ensure best-in-class programme management, tracking, and compliance

About You

The ideal candidate will be commercially minded with both judgement management experience and strong negotiation skills. It is important that you are highly analytical, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights previously using tracking tool, GA4, Adobe/ Power BI, as well.

You will also have the following.

  • Strong ownership-led mindset
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to balance performance with brand sensitivity
  • Experience of business bases to launch new partner opportunity
