What’s the role about

This is an exciting opportunity to own the growth strategy of Reiss’ Affiliate Programme, as we grow our UK performance and tap into new markets. As the Affiliate Manager, you will report into the Digital Marketing Lead and manage the performance and strategic evolution of the global affiliate channel.

Who you are

  • A passionate Affiliate Manager, with strong level of marketing experience ideally within a luxury, online retail and/or affiliate agency environment.
  • Proven track record of scaling and growing affiliates programs for the UK and internationally, in markets such as the US or across Europe.
  • Significant commercial acumen with proven experience of driving performance with revenue and ROAS as a significant focus.
  • Effective budget forecasting and spend management, highly commercial and analytical with excellent grasp of data.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with key business areas as well as external partners, whilst being curious and motivated to drive innovative ideas.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reports, analysis and presentations.
  • Comfortable with affiliate partnership management solutions, such as Partnerize or similar.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own, maintain and evolve the global affiliate marketing strategy for Reiss, delivering a best-in-class programme that aligns with business goals and objectives.
  • Ensure activity goes live in line with planned launch dates and the marketing calendar and identify innovative opportunities for growth across all partner types and markets.
  • Manage our affiliate network, engaging with and optimising existing partners and identifying/recruiting new partners. Building direct relationships with top affiliate partners, with the goal of establishing long-lasting relationships & building a strong and effective network of directly managed partnerships.
  • Lead negotiations for commercial marketing agreements and media packages across CPA, CPC and CPM campaigns. Monitor commission rates, tenancy placements and performance against key KPIs, reviewing performance and making optimisations.
  • Effectively demonstrate the value of the affiliate channel to the business, delivering and providing insights using GA4 and network data to pull together recommendations as needed.
  • Take an analytical approach, effectively measure performance across partners – establishing goals and targets in driving business success.
  • Curate an affiliate roadmap that aligns to marketing calendar, whilst providing clear communication and collaboration with relevant teams across the business including the brand manager, PR manager, content, influencer and paid media manager.
  • Active awareness of industry news, new publishers and tech, attending industry network events to ensure strategic plans are ahead of the curve.
