About The Role

Fora is building the future of travel by empowering independent travel advisors to run thriving, sustainable businesses. Our Activation team plays a critical role in supporting advisors beyond their earliest days — helping them build confidence, momentum, and the habits that lead to long-term success.

Today, many advisors experience a drop-off in support and structure after their first 60 days, even though the journey from day 60 through Pro is one of the most important phases in building a thriving advisory business. This is an area ripe for deeper focus, innovation, and community-driven programming that helps advisors stay engaged, grow their book of business, and realize their full potential.

We’re hiring an Advisor Activation Manager to own this post-60-day journey through Pro. This is a highly impactful operator role with end-to-end ownership of a critical lifecycle phase. You’ll design and launch activation programs from scratch, use data to identify what drives advisor momentum, and engage directly with advisors at key moments to influence outcomes.

This role reports to the Head of Activation and works closely across Activation, Advisor Success, and Product to ensure advisors have the structure, accountability, and support they need to succeed beyond onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the advisor journey from day 60 through Pro, creating clear structure, accountability, and momentum for advisors in this phase
  • Design, build, and launch activation programs and operating models from zero, including pilots and iterative improvements
  • Use data to identify high-potential advisors, performance levers, and drop-off points, and translate insights into action
  • Be advisor-facing at key moments to influence behavior, unblock progress, and drive outcomes
  • Partner closely with Activation teammates to ensure seamless lifecycle continuity from onboarding through Pro
  • Collaborate with Training to shape ongoing education, programming, and cohort-based initiatives for advisors
  • Work cross-functionally with Product and Data teams to define metrics, inform tooling, and support advisor behavior change
  • Set clear goals and success metrics for programs, track performance, and continuously refine based on results
Requirements
  • 3–5+ years of experience building and scaling customer-facing programs (e.g., activation, retention, lifecycle, or community), with at least 1 year in a high-growth startup environment
  • Strong analytical rigor and decision-making skills, with the ability to work confidently in large, messy datasets
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including building analyses and models from scratch
  • Proven experience building programs, processes, or operating models from the ground up
  • Excellent execution and ownership, with strong project management skills and a high bar for follow-through
  • Comfort being advisor-facing, with presence and credibility to influence behavior and outcomes
  • Ability to work in the U.S. and be based in NYC or willing to relocate
Strongly Preferred
  • Experience in entrepreneurial ecosystems
  • Experience with lifecycle, activation, or growth programs, including cohort-based or experimental approaches
Compensation

Compensation for this role varies based on experience, with an indicative range of $90K–$130K + equity. Final compensation will depend on the level at which the candidate is hired, as we’re considering multiple levels for this role.

Additional benefits include:

  • Unlimited vacation
  • Health Insurance (including an option completely covered by Fora HQ)
  • Dental & Vision Insurance
  • Wellhub Memberships
  • 401k plan with company match
  • Commuter Benefits
  • Supplemental Life Insurance
  • Stock Options

This role is based in our beautiful New York City office (Tribeca/Fidi) with lots of natural light and great views.
