Sandringham Adviser Development & Recruitment Manager

12 month fixed-term contract

Part time (28 hours p/w)

The Adviser Development & Recruitment Manager plays a critical role in driving our growth strategy, identifying and attracting experienced, high-calibre financial advisers who align with our values and are looking for a partner that can support and accelerate their future success.

Purpose

The Adviser Development & Recruitment Manager will lead adviser retention, acquisition and partnership growth across Sandringham. This role is responsible for delivering sustainable adviser growth by identifying, attracting and onboarding high-quality advisers and firms, while strengthening engagement with existing partners.

Key Deliverables:

  • Growth in adviser numbers and quality of recruits
  • Strong retention of existing advisers and firms

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute adviser recruitment strategy aligned to growth objectives
  • Build and maintain senior relationships with advisers, firms and industry influencers
  • Present Sandringham and M&G Advice propositions to prospective firms and advisers
  • Lead recruitment pipelines from prospecting through due diligence and onboarding
  • Partner with Compliance, Operations, Technology and Adviser Services teams
  • Represent the business at conferences, events and networking activities
  • Maintain accurate MI, forecasting and CRM reporting

Experience & Knowledge

  • Experience within financial services recruitment, business development or adviser relationship management
  • Demonstrable success recruiting advisory firms and individual advisers
  • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
  • Experience using Microsoft 365
  • Ability to work autonomously while influencing senior stakeholders

Qualifications (Desirable)

  • Relevant financial services qualifications (e.g. FPC, AFPC, ACII)
