Fixed-term contract: 10 months
Full-time: 40 hours per week (7:15am – 4:00pm or 9:15am – 6:00pm)
Salary: £30,500 + excellent benefits
We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Bupa Health and Dental Centre in Chancery Lane. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering a wide range of clinical services efficiently and in line with established policies, while consistently providing an exceptional experience for our customers.

About the RoleAs an Administrator / Receptionist, you will be at the heart of our clinic operations. Acting as the first point of contact, you will create a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the centre.
This is a varied role that combines front-of-house responsibilities with essential administrative support. You’ll work closely with clinical colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery before, during, and after each customer visit.
While the role can be fast-paced, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team and leadership, leaving each day with a strong sense of achievement from positively impacting our customers’ experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a warm and professional reception service, ensuring each customer’s visit is smooth and welcoming
- Support clinical teams with administrative tasks, including preparing files and scanning documentation
- Carry out daily operational duties such as handling post, answering calls and emails, managing payments, invoices, and delivery records
- Liaise with clinical colleagues to ensure timely distribution of reports and correspondence
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment, addressing or escalating any issues as needed
- Proven experience delivering outstanding, customer-focused service (e.g. retail, hospitality, or reception roles)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- High attention to detail and confidence in handling administrative tasks
- Good IT skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office
