As an Administrative Coordinator at Wheely London, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our chauffeur community, and manage office operations. You will be responsible for being the first point of contact for the chauffeurs visiting our academy, acting as a liaison between Wheely and our valued chauffeurs.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operations management and contribute to the growth of our organization. This role requires a customer-focused mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support operations team in onboarding process, including documents checks and accreditation assistance.
  • Manage office reception desk
  • Handle basic Chauffeur and Partner inquiries promptly, demonstrating the ability to make decisions during non-standard situations
  • Take ownership of chauffeurs issues and following problems through to resolution or escalation
  • Facilitate amenity distribution among our Chauffeurs
  • Run Wheely Academy back-office and Coordinate Academy Facilities Requirements
  • Support events and special projects when needed
Our ideal candidate
  • Experience in an operational and customer-facing role, preferably within a fast-paced environment or hospitality and luxury services experience, is a plus. We can also consider graduates for this role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proven track record of delivering creative solutions
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment
  • Flexibility in adjusting to changes in priorities, assignments, and work environments
  • Exceptional communication skills with a focus on clarity, structure, and ownership
  • Comfortable using basic software and tools relevant to the role (Google Suite, Notion, Intercom)
  • Availability to work at in the office in Syon Park five days a week
