Administration Assistant
LOCATION: Monument, London
Contract Basis: Up to 6 months contract/ Part-time 24 Hours per week

Our Client is one the world’s largest and most diverse providers of technical and management services. We offer a full spectrum of consultancy support to commercial, government and industrial clients across many sectors and in many parts of the globe.
Working with the Downstream and Market Service team, you will be supporting the Admin Team for a team of 50+ consultants, who are in various locations within the UK and Europe. Previous office experience is essential; an ability to react quickly to changing deadlines is a must.
The work environment is fast-moving, and the individual will need to be resilient, flexible and adaptable within this varied role.
Support the Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant in the day-to-day running of the department. Key duties include:
•Administration support as required.
•Filing and archiving.
•Report formatting and proof reading.
•Formatting of documents as well as gaining relevant approvals to issue.
•Post, couriering and tracking of documentation.
•Manage meeting rooms.
•Organise client lunches and hospitality.
•Manage stationery orders ensuring appropriate stocks.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
TECHNICAL/QUALIFICATIONS
•General education, preferably to at least HNC / A level.
•Working knowledge of MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint. MS Visio experience is desirable.
•Typing speed of at least 50 words per min is desirable.
