  • Uploading, within agreed time scales, a copy of the Decision document to enable the award(s) to be processed
  • Undertaking other reasonable duties including assisting with processing of adjudication payments or adjudication related administration tasks
  • Acting as a source of knowledge on technical issues regarding tenancy deposit disputes

  • Writing Case Studies and articles as required

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and the ability to learn new systems and processes as required
  • Drive and self-determination with the ability to find and implement solutions to problems
  • Ability to make effective use of time and resources ensuring that all deadlines are achieved

Benefits:

  • 23 days holiday + UK bank holidays
  • Life assurance
  • Private health care for you and dependents
  • Employee assistance programme, including GP line, cashback for treatments, advice line
  • Season ticket loan
  • Rental deposit loan
