The Accounts Receivable role operates within this function across global portfolios and under the direction of the Accounts Receivable Manager.
A role you will love
The Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day account receivable activity. This will involve communication with Customers and Colleagues across the Computershare business operations. The role will require the accurate, timely and appropriate taking and recording of activity through appropriate systems and in accordance with policy and procedures in place.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and follow up on accounts receivable collections, investigating and resolving variances.
- Identify discrepancies and potential fraudulent transactions, ensuring timely investigation and resolution.
- Manage the end-to-end customer dispute process, working to resolve all disputes effectively.
- Maintain strong working relationships with offshore AR teams, holding them accountable for delivery against agreed SLAs.
- Provide business support through the production, analysis, and interpretation of reporting data.
- Proactively identify accounts requiring escalation and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives within scope.
What will you bring to the role?
- Experience in Accounts Receivable / Credit Control within a finance environment.
- Strong understanding of collections activities and how they support overall business performance.
- Proven ability to manage accounts receivable activities, including collections and dispute resolution.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels, including customers, internal colleagues, and third-party stakeholders.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to record, analyse, and act on information in a logical and structured manner.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively while meeting key service levels and deadlines.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while contributing positively to the wider team.
