The Role

This is a graduate-level position designed to build a strong foundation in performance marketing and account management. For the first 12 - 18 months, your focus will be execution excellence, ensuring campaigns launch smoothly, pacing is accurate, reporting is clear, and internal processes run efficiently.

You will work across 2–3 Account Managers and report directly to an Account Director (line manager), who will support your development, progression and workload management.
