Overview

Blue Yonder is seeking a driven and customer-focused Account Manager to join our Sales Organization. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing customer accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the supply chain software industry. 

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute account plans to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within assigned accounts 

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within existing accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to successfully close deals 

  • Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and ensure successful implementation and adoption of Blue Yonder's software solutions 

  • Conduct regular business reviews and provide recommendations for upsell and cross-sell opportunities 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of any issues or concerns 

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position Blue Yonder's solutions 

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field 

  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise software sales or related field, with a proven track record of managing and growing customer accounts 

  • Experience selling supply chain software or related solutions preferred 

  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer needs and business challenges 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams 

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate contracts 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment 

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events
