We’re already trusted by leading brands around the world, but the real-time revolution is only just beginning. Having raised $83.5m, we’re accelerating our mission of delivering real-time payments, everywhere. And that’s where you come in.

We need world-class talent to create a world where consumers pay, and businesses get paid, instantly. With headquarters in London and offices in Berlin, Kraków and Warsaw – and an all-star team already in place – we’re sure you’ll fit right in.

About the role:

As the primary point of contact for your merchants, you’ll build strong, proactive relationships to ensure mutual growth and success. You’ll guide merchants in leveraging Volt’s expanding suite of product features while staying informed about international payments industry developments to identify new opportunities. Collaborating with global teams in tech, legal, finance, and sales, you’ll deepen your understanding of Volt’s products and their impact. This is a dynamic position where you’ll play a key part in shaping the future of payments for our partners.

What the role involves:

  • As the main point of contact for your merchants, you’ll proactively build relationships and ensure a fruitful cooperation for both parties.
  • Helping to power merchants’ growth by advising on Volt’s ever-growing suite of product features.
  • Keeping up to date with developments in the international payments industry, and identifying any new commercial opportunities for merchants.
  • Working closely with Volt’s global tech, legal, compliance, financial and sales teams to boost your understanding of new product features and their relevance to merchants.
  • Collaborating with your colleagues on internal and customer-facing projects.
  • Coordinating QBRs with your portfolio (virtual or F2F) with in-depth data analytics, conversion metrics, and product enrichment.
Requirements

About you:

  • A proactive and eager learner. At Volt you are the owner of your own growth.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience within the Open Banking or payments industry.
  • A comprehensive understanding of how Account-to-Account payments work is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships at all organisational levels and functions, both inside and outside of Volt.
  • A natural-born networker with high energy, you are a confident self-starter with a proven commercial edge, entrepreneurial mindset and strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to interface seamlessly and autonomously with a global multicultural team (culturally aware, adjusts communication style to audiences).
  • Contributes to an inclusive and fun team environment.

What happens next?

  • Selected candidates will be invited for an initial interview with our Talent Acquisition representative. The video meeting will take about 30-45 minutes,
  • Then it’s time for a second interview! The meeting will be conducted by our VP of Strategic Accounts and will last 1 hour,
  • Our Interim Chief Revenue Officer would also like to chat with you :) You can expect the meeting to last approximately 30 minutes,
  • If successful, you will be given a job offer proposal.
