Overview

Account Manager | iProspect | Permanent and fixed-term opportunities

Manage performance-media-led campaigns for Sage across the UK and Europe, helping drive marketing-qualified leads and sales for a major B2B client.

About iProspect

In this time of enormous change, where media is more important than ever before, people are longing for humanity — for real connection, for truth and for what binds us together. Our unique understanding of the intersection of culture, content, data, and technology powers how we build brands out of every moment of connection. For today, and for tomorrow.

Purpose of the Role

We're hiring two Account Managers to join the Sage account: one permanent opportunity and one fixed-term maternity-cover opportunity. When you apply, you'll be considered for both roles.

Sage is our largest B2B account. Our team manages work across EMEA, partnering with Sage's in-house media team, regional marketing teams and local Dentsu teams to deliver campaigns that support marketing-qualified leads and sales. Sage operates in the accounting software space, serving small and medium-sized businesses.

The fixed-term role reports to the European team and focuses on France, Germany, Spain and Portugal. The permanent role focuses on the UK. Across both opportunities, you'll help manage performance-media-led campaigns, while supporting occasional partnership, out-of-home, radio and TV activity.

What you'll do

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships, communicating confidently and independently.
  • Coordinate with Dentsu Digital, local market teams and client stakeholders to deliver campaigns across multiple markets.
  • Manage campaign briefings, reporting and planning activity.
  • Respond to changing briefs and in-quarter requirements, picking up new processes and challenges quickly.
  • Support quarterly adaptations to plans and, where needed, identify and work with local market partners.

How you'll succeed

  • Build trusted, effective day-to-day relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Deliver campaign work, reporting and responses to briefs to a high standard and at pace.
  • Work productively with Dentsu Digital, local market teams and client stakeholders across markets.
  • Keep campaign activity on track as briefs and priorities change.
  • Apply established processes consistently while adapting plans when needed.

What you'll bring

  • Experience managing client relationships in media, either agency-side or in-house.
  • A digital and performance media focus, including familiarity with key performance channels.
  • Clear communication and an adaptable approach to working with stakeholders across different markets.
  • The ability to manage a varied workload, follow established processes and respond quickly when priorities change.

B2B experience is helpful but not essential. If you have strong performance-media experience from another sector, we'd still like to hear from you.

What we offer

We have one permanent opportunity and one fixed-term maternity-cover opportunity. The fixed term role will start in November and run for a 12 month period.

At dentsu, we've built a benefits package that supports every chapter of your life. From company-funded Private Medical Insurance, a 24/7 Virtual GP and a generous sick-pay policy, to wellbeing days, volunteering time, flexible bank-holiday swaps and great everyday perks like retail discounts, gym access and tech schemes — we make it easier to live well, not just work well.

Our employee-led resource groups have helped shape policies that genuinely matter: enhanced maternity, paternity and carers leave, extended sick leave, menopause and baby-loss support, plus 10 fertility treatment days. Combined with life assurance, income protection, financial education tools and flexible savings options, you'll find a workplace that invests in you — your health, your family, your future.
