Togather are the team at the heart of great events.

We're a founder-led company of 50+ event specialists working across some of the largest and most exciting events in the UK.

Our Marketplace supports both B2B and B2C customers to handpick standout suppliers across street food, drink and venues for private events, from large-scale summer and Christmas parties to regular office lunches for clients including Spotify, Netflix & BBC.

Live partners with organisers of large-scale public events, using our 360 tech and industry expertise to curate and deliver exceptional food and drink experiences that also drive commercial results for our clients. From major festivals, stadium fanzones and cultural celebrations, we work hand in hand with client teams to deliver exceptional guest experience for the likes of GALA festival, Rock Oyster, Hill Dickinson Stadium and Pride in London.

Internally, we're proud to have been recognised by Tempo and the Startups 100 Awards as one of the UK's best places to work. We care deeply about building an ambitious, supportive and high-performing team.

We started life 10 years ago as Feast It, a two-person marketplace launched from a kitchen table - and today, over 10 million guests a year attend a Togather-powered event. Across every project, our mission remains the same:

To make events better for everyone.
The Role

This is a pivotal role in Togather's live Sales team. We work with some of the biggest events in the UK, including; Isle of Wight Festival, Wilderness, Boomtown, Love Supreme, Crystal Palace Bowl, Everton FC and The Boat Race.

Our senior salespeople lead the deals. The role will make the whole commercial machine run: every pitch, tender, post-event report and renewal moves through you. It splits into two halves - producing the pitches and bids that win us business, and running the account management cadence that keeps it.

You will report to our Commercial Director and work daily with sellers, account managers, design, marketing, operations and finance. Quality and relationships are owned by the commercial team - the process, the deadlines and the momentum are owned by you.

Key Responsibilities

- Pitch and Bid Production; Run our pitch and bid process end to end: briefs, templates, deadlines and submission logistics.

- Account Management and Retention; Own a portfolio of smaller accounts (regular check-ins, post event reporting and being a reliable point of contact) and support renewals across the wider book.

- Pipeline Momentum; Keep the pipeline of live bids visible and on schedule: deadlines, next steps, and the nudges and meetings that keep deals moving and run the weekly pitch stand-up: prioritise live pitches and flag capacity crunches early.

- Process Ownership; Own and continuously improve our templates: pitch decks, tender responses and post-event reports.

Requirements
  • Experience in account management or client services - ideally at an experiential or events-heavy marketing agency, or in the live events world. We care more about the quality of that experience than the number of years.
  • Attention to detail is second nature - an email, the copy in a brochure, a deadline: you notice, and you care.
  • Ruthlessly organised: deadlines, dependencies and follow-through are where you are strongest.
  • Strong stakeholder management - confident chasing and coordinating people far more senior than you, internally and client-side.
  • Comfortable in front of clients: running check-ins, presenting reports, holding your own in the room.
  • A genuine visual and design eye - decks are part of your bread and butter, and you know a great one from a good one.
  • Commercially literate: you understand the deal, the margin and what matters to the client.
  • Project management training or qualifications are a plus.

Benefits
  • Hybrid working – 3 days in the office
  • Generous holiday allowance; 25 days (including a Christmas Closure) + bank holidays
  • Enhanced Pension through salary sacrifice
  • Partnership with Benefits Platform Mintago; EAP service, Workplace Nursery, Cycle to work scheme, Electric car scheme, Health services, Mental Health services, Gym discounts, retail discounts and much more
  • Partnership with Code app: significant discounts in a lot of London's best restaurants, bars and more
  • Enhanced Mat & Pat leave
  • Free coffee, beer, pizza and an overly stocked snack cupboard in the office
  • Regular team socials and events (including 6-weekly Town Halls with companywide socials & 1 Away day a year)
  • A shiny new MacBook to work on
  • Loads of invites to food-industry events (yes, they do usually have free food)
  • Dog-friendly office
