📋 Account Management 🏬 London OfficeLocation: Hybrid (2 / 3 days in the office)

native has been building for 10 years, but we're still very much a startup: fast-moving, ambitious, and building with intent. We're creating the infrastructure that connects students, Students’ Unions, universities, and advertisers through a managed marketplace.

Our goal is to deliver for students by increasing student engagement while enabling Students’ Unions to secure sustainable funding. For advertisers, we offer meaningful, measurable routes to student audiences. The more aligned these incentives are, the more defensible and scalable our business becomes.

The Opportunity

The Account Manager is responsible for managing a high-volume portfolio of Small and Medium Business advertisers, focusing on retention, repeat spend, and account growth.

This role is intentionally category-based. Success comes from strong product knowledge, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.

You’ll help clients get value from native quickly, run effective campaigns, and return again.

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for your accounts, ensuring a smooth and positive client experience

  • Advising clients on suitable native products and packages based on their goals and budgets

  • Renewing, upselling, and cross-selling activity in a straightforward, value-led way

  • Working closely with Campaign Management to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time
Responding quickly and clearly to client queries and requests

  • Managing pipeline, renewals, and forecasting accurately via CRM tools

What we’re looking for

You’ll bring vision, structure, and operational discipline to a fast-growing function. You know how to scale people-driven operations and balance commercial priorities with quality, compliance, and culture.

Specifically, you will bring:

  • Experience in account management, sales support, or customer-facing experience

  • Comfortable managing high volume of accounts and priorities at pace

  • Clear, confident communicator who can explain products simply and effectively
Commercially aware and comfortable having pricing and renewal conversations

  • Organised and process-driven, with good attention to detail

  • Resilient and adaptable you don’t get flustered by volume or change

  • Curious and proactive in spotting opportunities for account growth

Required skills & experience

We are committed to lifting everyone up. We seek to enable people’s best work by optimising for freedom with accountability. You’ll get the most out of this role if you can bring:

  • Experience in managing a high-volume of accounts and driving revenue growth

  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
