Infios is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Account Manager to drive growth within our existing customer base across the warehousing, logistics, and supply chain sectors. Focusing primarily on Voice and Mobility solutions, you will be responsible for strengthening strategic customer relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and increasing revenue through consultative, solution-led sales. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who enjoys engaging with stakeholders, influencing business strategy, and helping customers improve operational performance through innovative technology solutions.

What a day in the life looks like:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Operations, Distribution, Finance, and IT functions within assigned customer accounts.

  • Identify customer challenges, uncover new opportunities, and position Infios Voice and Mobility solutions to meet evolving business needs.

  • Develop and execute account plans and growth strategies to increase annual spend and maximize cross-sell opportunities across the Infios portfolio.

  • Collaborate with internal Sales, Delivery, and Line of Business teams to ensure alignment on customer objectives and account strategies.

  • Prepare and present proposals, business cases, and solution recommendations tailored to customer goals.

  • Maintain accurate sales activity, opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and account information within Salesforce CRM.

  • Represent customer interests internally while promoting Infios solutions and fostering long-term customer advocacy and partnership.

This is a remote-based role within the UK. Working pattern is Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.

What you bring to the team:
  • Minimum 4 years of Account Management or Enterprise Sales experience managing customers with annual spend exceeding £250,000.

  • Proven success achieving revenue targets through consultative, solutions-led sales within supply chain, logistics, warehousing, retail, or manufacturing industries.

  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain technologies such as WMS, TMS, OMS, ERP systems, Voice Solutions, or RF Mobility products.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence executive-level decision makers.

  • Commercial acumen with experience developing account strategies, business plans, ROI models, and value-based proposals.

  • Self-motivated and highly organized, with strong prioritization, forecasting, and CRM management skills.

  • Right to work in the UK, a valid passport and driving licence, and willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays.
