Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven solutions using Python, LLM frameworks, APIs, and modern AI tooling. Build generative AI and agentic systems, including RAG and embedding solutions, while collaborating with product, data, and engineering teams. Deliver tested, scalable components using Agile practices, contribute to architecture and design reviews, optimize AI performance, and support broader team initiatives.

Owns complex EMEA deal desk transactions from strategy through signature and booking readiness. Partners with Sales to structure pricing, packaging, discounts, payment terms, renewals, and enterprise agreements. Performs financial analysis covering ARR, ACV, margin, cash flow, and discounting; coordinates Legal, Finance, Tax, Billing, Revenue Recognition, and Delivery stakeholders; manages contract documentation, approvals, CRM/CPQ records, and post-signature handoffs.

Provides business-focused legal counsel for commercial SaaS activities, drafting and negotiating technology, cloud, licensing, customer, supplier, reseller, and partner agreements. Advises on contractual disputes, commercial risk, data privacy, GDPR, security requirements, and regulatory matters. Develops contract templates and negotiation playbooks, collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders, manages external counsel, and monitors developments in technology and commercial law.

Manage and grow existing supply chain, warehousing, and logistics accounts by positioning Infios Voice and Mobility solutions. Build stakeholder relationships, identify expansion opportunities, develop account plans, prepare proposals and ROI business cases, collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams, maintain Salesforce CRM pipeline and forecasts, and represent customer interests. Remote UK role with occasional travel.
