Manage and grow existing supply chain, warehousing, and logistics accounts by positioning Infios Voice and Mobility solutions. Build stakeholder relationships, identify expansion opportunities, develop account plans, prepare proposals and ROI business cases, collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams, maintain Salesforce CRM pipeline and forecasts, and represent customer interests. Remote UK role with occasional travel.

Lead architecture and delivery of enterprise Order Management (OMS) solutions across EMEA/APAC. Design integrations with eCommerce, ERP, WMS, TMS, and POS; ensure cloud-native, API-driven, scalable OMS implementations. Provide technical leadership, support presales, and partner with global business and delivery stakeholders.

Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven solutions using Python and LLM frameworks. Build generative AI and agentic systems, implement RAG/embeddings/fine-tuning, collaborate with product/data/engineering teams, write tested, deployable components, and contribute to system architecture, CI/CD, and continuous optimization in an Agile environment.
