Are you ready to step up into role in a Key Account where you can shape the future of connectivity, AI and automation in Switzerland?
Join Ericsson's Switzerland & Swisscom team as an Account Manager and take a leading role in growing one of our most strategic partnerships. You will help Swisscom make the country's best network even smarter, more energy efficient, and ready for the next wave of digital innovation.
In this role, you will be at the heart of the relationship between Ericsson and Swisscom - turning customer needs and ideas into concrete business value, connecting the right people, and driving strategic conversations that move the market.
What you will do
  • Account plan, manage and expand customer relationships
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and growth areas
  • Manage business risk and implement mitigation strategies
  • Execute insight selling to meet client needs effectively
  • Negotiate profitable contracts with precision
  • Lead commercial management across business activities
  • Drive strategic conversations and identify expansion opportunities
  • Act as a trusted advisor for decision-makers within Swisscom, building long-term, value-based relationships
  • Orchestrate cross-functional execution across internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with Ericsson policies.

  • Strong customer engagement capabilities with IT/ Telecom industry knowledge
  • Ability to align technical solutions with business goals
  • Expertise in market analysis and business risk management
  • Proficiency in insight selling and contract negotiation
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn across different technology and business areas
  • Relevant expertise in one or more areas, with openness to broaden knowledge over time
  • German language skills are a strong asset and an important decision factor, while not being a strict mandatory requirement
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Situational agility and strategic sense-making
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset with customer-first approach
  • Passion for solving complex challenges and achieving ambitious targets
