The Role

The Account Management team at Perk is dedicated to delivering exceptional client service and cultivating long-lasting relationships with our customers. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing client accounts, ensuring our clients are fully supported and achieving success with Perk’s suite of products and services.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of accounts, proactively identifying client needs, providing tailored solutions, and driving upsell opportunities. Collaboration across Sales, Product, and Support teams will be critical to delivering an outstanding customer experience and maximising account value. Your ability to translate client feedback into actionable insights will directly influence product improvements and overall customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for your assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships.

  • Understand client goals and challenges, proactively offering solutions to drive adoption and value.

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions, tailored to meet customer needs and objectives.

  • Monitor account health, usage, and satisfaction; respond promptly to queries and address any issues.

  • Identify opportunities for growth within accounts and coordinate upsell and cross-sell initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client requests and influence product development through client feedback.

  • Maintain accurate records of all account interactions and progress in CRM systems.

What We’re Looking For
  • Native French Speaker, fluent in English

  • Experience in account management, customer success, or a related client-facing role.

  • Relationship-building, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable solutions.

  • Solid organisational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.

  • Experience with CRM software and analytics tools is a plus.

  • Collaborative team players comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Support.

  • An analytical thinker who thrives on continuous improvement and delivering customer value.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

How We Work

At Perk, we take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs.
