About LoopMe

LoopMe uses AI to change how brand advertising is bought, measured, and optimised. Where most adtech platforms optimise for impressions or clicks, we optimise for what actually matters to brands — awareness, purchase intent, foot traffic, and sales. Our outcomes-based approach consistently delivers 2–5x the performance of industry benchmarks, which is why the world's leading brands, agencies, and publishers work with us.

We've grown at 40% CAGR every year since 2018, generating over $2 billion in cumulative gross revenue, and we're building toward $1 billion in annual revenue. That growth is powered by a 400-person global team across 19 cities — and by commercial talent that knows how to sell something genuinely differentiated in a crowded market. If you want to represent a product that wins on results, not relationships alone, this is the right place.

LoopMe's recent acquisition of Chartboost, a leading mobile app monetisation platform, expands our reach in the gaming and mobile app markets — strengthening our ability to drive measurable outcomes for brands and deliver more effective advertising.

The opportunity

You'll own the relationships across LoopMe's Supply and Demand SSP partner portfolio, taking full accountability for day-to-day communication, revenue growth, and long-term strategic development. This role sits within the global Marketplace team and reports to the VP of SSP Partnerships, working closely with the Head of Demand Growth. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with technical, product, and data science teams across the UK, Poland, and Ukraine to drive mutual success for LoopMe and its partners.

What you'll do

  • Own the full Supply and Demand SSP partner portfolio, including all client communication, account upkeep, and reporting
  • Drive year-on-year revenue targets and quarterly partner goals through proactive account management
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities across the partner portfolio to unlock incremental revenue
  • Present and collate data for QBR sessions, delivering insights clearly to senior partner stakeholders
  • Partner with technical operations teams across the UK, Poland, and Ukraine to resolve partner queries and manage accounts effectively
  • Collaborate with Data Science, Product, and Finance to surface commercial opportunities and meet partner business needs
  • Track spend patterns by DSP, buyer, and advertiser to highlight variations and surface new pipeline opportunities

What you'll bring

Essential

  • 5+ years of experience in digital media, with direct exposure to programmatic advertising and the SSP landscape
  • A solid understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including how DSPs, SSPs, and supply and demand interact
  • Experience growing accounts and hitting revenue targets through structured partnership management
  • Strong organisational skills and a sharp analytical eye, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and key partners

Nice to have

  • Experience working with global partners across multiple time zones
  • Familiarity with spend analytics tooling or programmatic reporting platforms
  • Exposure to mobile in-app or gaming advertising environments
What we can offer
  • Bonus
  • Hybrid working; meaning you'll spend 3 days a week in our Farringdon office
  • 25 days annual leave, plus the Bank Holidays
  • 1 month work-from-anywhere
  • Annual Wellness Day
  • Health Shield; a cash-back health plan for things like dental, optical, physio and wellbeing
  • Access to Thrive; accessible mental health support all in one app
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Pension
  • LoopMe Gives Back Day
  • Learning & development support, including internal mobility and bi-annual promotion cycles
