About LoopMe

LoopMe uses AI to change how brand advertising is bought, measured, and optimised. Where most adtech platforms optimise for impressions or clicks, we optimise for what actually matters to brands — awareness, purchase intent, foot traffic, and sales. Our outcomes-based approach consistently delivers 2–5x the performance of industry benchmarks, which is why the world's leading brands, agencies, and publishers work with us.

We've grown at 40% CAGR every year since 2018, generating over $2 billion in cumulative gross revenue, and we're building toward $1 billion in annual revenue. That growth is powered by a 400-person global team across 19 cities — and by commercial talent that knows how to sell something genuinely differentiated in a crowded market. If you want to represent a product that wins on results, not relationships alone, this is the right place.

The opportunity

You’ll join LoopMe's global Marketplace team on the supply side, owning a portfolio of publisher accounts and the day-to-day commercial relationships that underpin it. You're responsible for both operational excellence across your accounts and identifying the growth opportunities that drive revenue and scale partnerships across SDK, SSP, and CTV publishers. This role reports to the Head of Account Management, Supply.

What you'll do

  • Own a portfolio of publisher accounts — managing all client communication, account setup, reporting and first-line troubleshooting
  • Identify and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities, consistently finding ways for partners to achieve their goals and grow with LoopMe
  • Lead QBR sessions with key partners, presenting and synthesising performance data into clear, actionable insights
  • Liaise with internal technical teams to resolve complex technical queries and ensure publishers receive accurate, timely support
  • Manage the onboarding and integration of new accounts, working closely with technical teams to ensure a seamless setup experience

What you'll bring

  • Experience in an account management or customer success role within an AdTech business — SSP, Ad Network, or programmatic role
  • Working knowledge of SSPs, SDKs and the programmatic landscape
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and turn them into clear performance narratives
  • Confidence presenting to and communicating with senior partner stakeholders
  • Experience growing accounts and deepening client relationships to drive incremental revenue
  • Collect and share client feedback, product requests, and needs to the Product Team with quantifiable impact and justifications based on sound business cases
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Demand, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure monetization success
  • Ability to travel and represent LoopMe at industry events

What we can offer

  • Bonus
  • Hybrid working; meaning you’ll split your week between the office and home
  • 25 days annual leave, plus the Public Holidays
  • 1 month work-from-anywhere
  • Healthcare
  • CPF employer contributions
  • LoopMe Gives Back Day
  • We’ll set you up for success, providing training and career development
