monday.com is growing and looking for an EMEA Account Manager - Partners who will be responsible for enhancing the level of partners account management with our partners across all segments of their accounts. This role is highly strategic and diverse and includes further developing the account management capabilities of our partners by a combination of hands-on approach as well as scaled operation, program management, enablement, commercial initiatives, delivering multi-million $ performance from account expansion.
This role is based in our London office and will be a hybrid working role with 3 days per week in the office.
- At least 4 years of experience in SaaS sales/ business development positions - must
- Proven experience in SaaS Account Management - must
- Experience in handling Enterprise sales and account management - must
- 1+ years’ experience in managing Channel Partners/ Resellers - advantage
- M multi-tasking and prioritizations skills
- Strong sales background - with a track record - from an opportunity to close
- Experienced negotiator with high closing rates
- Account and quota planning skills
- Ability to take an entire project from A to Z
- Strong relationship-builder, initiator, outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with a winning approach
