Manage and grow an established client portfolio to drive revenue, renewals and customer value. Identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities, execute sales plans, collaborate with Customer Success, relay client feedback, and maintain CRM pipeline records.
As an Account Manager, you will own and grow relationships with an established portfolio of clients, working across a mixed product portfolio and territory. This is a commercially focused role with clear accountability for revenue growth, renewals and customer value.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with existing customers, proactively managing accounts to identify upsell, cross‑sell and retention opportunities
- Create and execute client sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Work closely with Customer Success to manage the full client lifecycle and increase both renewal value and volume
- Gather and relay client feedback to support product development and the successful launch of new products
- Accurately record sales activity and pipeline progression in CRM from opportunity creation through to close
Skills Knowledge and Expertise

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including confident client conversations
